Session bookings are confirmed by written agreement (email or message). Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking. Prices listed on the website are in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the session price, at our discretion. We will always try to find a mutually convenient rescheduled time where possible.
